Kathleen A. Hayes, 64, of Watertown passed away July 28, 2023.

There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, September 9, from 2 - 5 PM at the Evans Mills Fire Hall. Arrangements are entrusted with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown and online condolences may be posted at www.cummingsfuneral.com. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham St., Watertown, NY 13601.

Kathy was my wife's younger sister. She was a wonderful person who had a great sense of humor. Her compassion for those in need was inspiring. She will be sorely missed and was taken from all of us far too early. I love you, Kathy.
