A calling hour for Joseph M. Reff will be held at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Rosiere on Saturday, June 9, from 9:30 - 10:30AM followed by the funeral mass celebrated at 11AM. Burial will be in the parish's cemetery. Mr. Reff, 87, passed away at his home in the town of Cape Vincent on December 12, 2017.
