Growing up on John Street, I was lucky enough to have a bonus set of grandparents in "Grampa and Gramma K" I have so many fond memories of time spent across the street at their house. My brother, sister and I were happy to be their "grandkids" to fill the void of Adam and Lauren living so far away. They always made us feel so special. My kids and I still have the Christmas stockings she made for us, and will treasure them always. What a long full life of love she lived... and now she is reunited with Grampa. He waited a long time for her! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. xo

I am so very sorry to hear that Eleanor has passed. I have many memories of seeing her during the days when my 2 sons ( Todd and Dustin Frickman) were growing up. And yes she knitted things for them too. She was such a kind a happy lady. May your memories comfort you. She will be missed.
